Special orders cannot be canceled. While we stand by our product quality, NashCo Furniture does not offer a comfort guarantee on mattress purchases. Our team is dedicated to providing you with all necessary information to help you select the perfect mattress for a restful night's sleep.
Merchandise Availability
Merchandise availability is estimated based on the information available at the time of order placement. NashCo Furniture is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the entire purchase price of all canceled sales or layaways. Layaways not claimed within 90 days are considered abandoned, and all deposits will be forfeited.
Warranty
Warranty claims can be submitted through the "Warranty Submission" link on nashcofurniture.com. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not NashCo Furniture, and must be processed according to the manufacturer's procedures. To process claims, you will need to provide three photos: the damaged area, the complete damaged piece, and the manufacturer’s tag with the serial number. Without this information, NashCo Furniture cannot be held responsible for warranty replacements.
Repairs and replacements are at the discretion of the manufacturer. All defects must be reported within 48 hours to be considered for warranty coverage. Claims submitted 90 days after the original delivery date are the purchaser’s responsibility to pick up or pay for the delivery of replacement items.
Replacement parts and orders may require a full production cycle from the manufacturer, which can take up to 8 weeks or more, although they are usually fulfilled sooner.
